Pointless. Both cars cancelled. I was called to ask if I would cancel my request inside the app, no idea why they could'nt do it, as they had already cancelled one booking inside the app. Absolutely no reason to have an app that allows you to book cars when there are none available. Either update the app so that it only allows you to book a car that can actually accommodate you or just get rid of it.
Excellent taxi service, although the app can be temperamental: sometimes saying that booking isn't possible at this time. But keep trying to book and it seems to work. I would much rather use Shrewsbury Taxis than some of the local competitors.
Twice in 2 days they let us down. 1st they are really late and 2nd day they call at 5.30am to cancel. Never using them again. 2 days late for work. Rubbish service. £3.50 more expensive than Go Carz
Keep cancelling my taxis- whats the point in a taxi service if you just cancel them? Go carz just tell you there is a delay. Absolutely ridiculous

One slight problem with the telephone wont let me select any other country except a Andora so can not sign up
normally it's great! but it won't work anymore. I've uninstalled it and then installed it again. still not working! is there a bug??
